As you step into the villa, the ground floor opens to a bright, airy living space with an open-plan design. Adjacent to it is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A dedicated working space (office) allows for privacy and focus, ideal for guests needing to balance leisure with work. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC on this level.

The swimming pool can be heated on request, for months April, May and October, November. The extra charge for the heating is 100€ per day.
