Upon entering the ground floor, you'll discover a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room to a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. This level also features two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests.
Ascending to the first floor via the convenient elevator or stylish staircase, you'll find three additional bedrooms, each boasting its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. These rooms offer a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The second floor houses the villa's crown jewel – a luxurious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a stunning roof garden. This fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and all necessary kitchenware.
Please note that, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, payable in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable on the day of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation
The villa can be rented on a long-term basis for the wintertime. Please notice that for the period from 17/11 till 01/03 the minimum stay is 15 days. Cleaning is not provided while the pool will be out of order.
