The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped with modern appliances, including a convenient breakfast table. An internal marble staircase leads to the first floor. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and two additional bathrooms on the first floor.

This was our first time visiting Iris Villa, we are a family of 8 and this villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. The villa itself is absolutely stunning you can’t fault it. The owner Kostas was very accommodating and if we needed anything he was right there which was great. Perfect location just a 10 minute drive into Rethymno. We will be returning to Iris Villa.

Despite the pressures of his work he responded quickly to all our enquiries and was a very good and knowledgeable guide to the area. In addition he is an excellent cook and baked us a present of his special chocolate cake which was much appreciated. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a quiet holiday adjacent to the town and beaches of the Rethymno district.
