Metatulia is a complex of four splendid modern villas, ideally perched on a hillside, providing unobstructed and breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. These villas are just a short drive from the sandy beach and are situated 4.5 kilometers away from the lively Plakias area, with its abundant tourist attractions.
Villas 1 and 2 feature one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a spacious marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, as well as a satellite TV.
Villas 3 and 4 offer two bedrooms – one with a double bed on the ground floor and one with twin beds on the mezzanine level. These villas have two bathrooms with glass shower enclosures (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine level), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, along with a satellite TV.
Each villa boasts spectacular views and comes complete with its own private 20 sq.m. swimming pool and a BBQ area. They are equipped with air conditioning and WiFi coverage, and all mattresses are of high quality. Moreover, the buildings themselves are constructed with an eco-friendly philosophy.

Wir waren in Nummer 3. Es war sehr sauber, alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, Marina und Sifis sind sehr aufmerksam, schöner Pool, bequeme Liegen, immer irgendwo Schatten, Küchenutensilien in sehr gutem Zustand, ausreichend Tabs für Spülmaschine und Wsee more
Wir waren in Nummer 3. Es war sehr sauber, alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, Marina und Sifis sind sehr aufmerksam, schöner Pool, bequeme Liegen, immer irgendwo Schatten, Küchenutensilien in sehr gutem Zustand, ausreichend Tabs für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Herzliche Begrüßung mit Wein, Raki und Obst. Es wurde uns ermöglicht, bereits vor der üblichen Checkin-Zeit anreisen zu dürfen. Ein Ort für absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub in Metatulia 3 war wirklich perfekt, das Haus, die Aussenanlagen und der Blick auf das Meer sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten wirklich alles was wir brauchten. Es ist sehr sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, von jedem Platz auf der Terrasse hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, Die Überdachungen die man auf den Bildern sieht sind so angelegt, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit auch Schatten hat wenn man das will. Unser Gastgeber Sifis war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat uns jeweils mit einem kleinen "Essensvorrat" empfangen. Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung sind traumhaft und mit dem Auto kann man in wenigen Minuten alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf erreichen. Es gibt viele Tavernen mit leckerem Essen. Ein Urlaub den wir rundum empfehlen können und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
