Memoria is an extraordinary modern villa, elegantly adorned, situated in a picturesque village just a 5-minute drive from a stunning beach and a mere 7 kilometers from the vibrant and lively town of Rethymno, with its abundance of tourist attractions.
This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and a generous sofa, along with a dining area seamlessly connected to an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms on this level - one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with twin beds, also featuring an en-suite shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover another bedroom with an en-suite shower/WC and a generous terrace for relaxation and sunbathing.
Every area of the villa is air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort, and there's fast internet WiFi coverage throughout. The villa boasts a private swimming pool and a separate child-safe pool, as well as outdoor furniture for sunbathing poolside, and dining furniture situated by the large BBQ area, which is sheltered for your convenience. Moreover, a private gym with a variety of exercise equipment is at your disposal.
Gerani, the charming village where Memoria is located, features traditional taverns, a renowned bakery, and a well-stocked supermarket. The beautiful Gerani beach is only 1 km away, while other sandy beaches, such as Petres and Episkopi, are within 3 km of the villa. Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Famile einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich ist auch wunderschön zum entspannen. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt.

Wonderful villa thoughtfully restored from the owner’s grandmother’s original house. Has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Spotlessly clean on arrival and the most thorough mid-stay clean and linen change we’ve ever experienced!see more

Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, AC throughout, fabulous outdoor BBQ, kitchen and eating area. Gorgeous pool cleaned every morning (early morning, enter and exit via back gate so as not to disturb). Lovely village location with restaurants and shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) within a few mins walk. Stefania couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We will return! Thank you.

The location, very narrow streets. Lost of noise in the surroundings: a school across the valley. Lost of dogs, they bark a lot. Especially during the night. We all didn’t sleep well.

...wir waren sehr skeptisch ob die Anlage auch wirklich so sein würde, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Ich muss sagen, wir waren sprachlos bei unserer Ankunft am Abend. Die Vermieter haben auf uns in der Wohnung gewahrtet, obwohl unsere Anreise sich usee more
...wir waren sehr skeptisch ob die Anlage auch wirklich so sein würde, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Ich muss sagen, wir waren sprachlos bei unserer Ankunft am Abend. Die Vermieter haben auf uns in der Wohnung gewahrtet, obwohl unsere Anreise sich um zwei Stunden verspätete. Die Beiden waren so herzlich, haben uns das ganze Haus mit Stolz gezeigt und mit uns noch einen Begrüßungs Raki (aus der eigenen Brennerei) getrunken. Zu erwähnen gilt auch noch der schöne Obstkorb, erste kleine Versorgung im Kühlschrank usw. Die Reinigungskräfte kommen alle drei Tage und richten alles so liebevoll her wie am Anreisetag. Um Toilettenpapier und Verbrauchsmaterial brauchte man sich nicht zu kümmern, wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lage des Objektes hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen! In diesem kleinen verwinkelten Bergdörfchen, mit Ziegen, Schafen, Katzen und vielen bellenden Hunden, vermuteten wir solch ein tolles Haus nicht. Zur Abreise kamen die Vermieter noch einmal persönlich vorbei und brachten uns auch noch Abschiedsgeschänke. So, so nett! Das war die schönste Fewo die wir bisher bewohnen durften! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für die Villa Memoria!
