All Season Sun is an excellent 240 sq.m. villa, located just 5 minutes from Rethymno town, offering beautiful views and all possible facilities to accommodate up to 8 persons. The area is ideal for athletic activities, cycling, and hiking. This modern-designed villa is constructed using the highest quality materials and is spread across three floors. It consists of two individual and interdependent houses, surrounded by furnished relaxation areas and a garden.
The first and second floors each have a private individual entrance, a living room, kitchen area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The lower part of the villa also has its own individual entrance, with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The villa provides a combination of double and single beds, along with three modern bathrooms. It boasts plenty of leisure areas, two living rooms, and comes fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, WiFi coverage, individually controlled air conditioners, HiFi, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. There's also a fireplace and a storage room.
Outside, you'll find a private 20 sq.m. swimming pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, as well as a stone-built BBQ and outdoor furniture. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Just 200 meters from the villa, there is a traditional tavern and two mini markets. Rethymno town, with its famous renaissance atmosphere, museums, restaurants, an organized sandy beach, and various tourist facilities, is only 3 km away.

We loved our stay here. The owners accommodated our very late night arrival. The house was more than big enough for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed cooling down in the pool. The location is nice - outside Rethymno but close enough to easily getsee more
We loved our stay here. The owners accommodated our very late night arrival. The house was more than big enough for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed cooling down in the pool. The location is nice - outside Rethymno but close enough to easily get to the beach. We also liked having morning coffee at the friendly Butler Pantry.
