Villa Kalostous is a spacious, modern, and beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. It covers an area of 80 square meters and is located in close proximity to the villages of Mesi and Agia Triada in the Rethymno area. Situated on top of a hill amidst olive groves and other plantations, the villa boasts uninterrupted and expansive views of the mountains, meadows, and the sea. It provides a haven of serenity and relaxation, far from the noise and traffic, while still being just a short walk away from a local traditional tavern and a picturesque village.
The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Additionally, one of the sofas can be converted into a bed, suitable for a child. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub ensuite and another with a shower and WC adjacent to the second bedroom. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, seamlessly connected to the spacious living room with sophisticated decor.
Ample surrounding space is available for hours of relaxation on the loungers in front of the large pool or beneath the shade of the fully furnished, cozy patio/veranda. The villa also offers a barbecue area and plenty of parking spaces. Personal freundlich, professionell ist aber anders. Die Lage ist mittelmäßig. Keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe, Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Es ist schön ruhig. Wäsche und Handtücher waren sauber.

Die Ausstattung ist absolut inakzeptabel. TV, Klima, Kaffeemaschine, diverse Lichter haben nicht funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung lässt sich kaum als solche bezeichnen: nicht vorhanden oder ungenügend. Die Herdplatten sind verrostet, die Mikrowellsee more

Die Küchenausstattung lässt sich kaum als solche bezeichnen: nicht vorhanden oder ungenügend. Die Herdplatten sind verrostet, die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht. Alle Sitzgelegenheiten sind wackelig oder verschlissen, die Matratzen sind viel zu hart. Die Duschen und Wasserhähne sind schmutzig und verkalkt. Die WC‘s sind mit nicht befestigten, schmutzigen Brillen versehen, etliche Fugen sind veraltet und auch verschimmelt! Der Pool ist ständig voller Insekten, die Pumpe läuft ständig, ist zu laut. Die Bodenplatten im Wohnzimmerbereich lösten sich stellenweise ab, es quoll Klebstoff aus den Bodenfugen. Die Küchenmöbel sind an einigen Stellen auseinandergefallen.
