Stefanakos House is a beautiful 75 square meter property nestled in the heart of Crete, situated in the magnificent natural setting of Spili area. This location offers easy access to a multitude of shops, cafes, supermarkets, and taverns. The view of the surrounding mountains is extraordinary, and its ideal position allows you to explore both the north and south coasts of the island.
The house has recently been renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests in two bedrooms and a sofa bed. One bedroom features a double bed, and the other has two wide single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. The contemporary open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with various appliances and all the necessary cooking basics, along with a dining table for six. The spacious and comfortable living room boasts a large satellite TV and a generous corner sofa. Air conditioning units and WiFi coverage are provided for your convenience.
The property offers large balconies, a spacious shaded decked area, and a generous terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, providing excellent views of the mountains and the charming village of Spili, as well as the surrounding area.

Me and some of my friends rented this house for a week, and we were more than happy With what we got. A lot of value for the money. Very clean and very Nice people renting it out for us. It is a bit away from the Big city, but i tought that was a gosee more
