I loved hearing the ocean all the time. Three bathrooms for three rooms was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. There is a supermarket nearby and Chania is a short drive.

One thing that would be easy to fix is to turn down the power of the toilet when it flushes because water goes everywhere.

The cleaning could be improved. Or at least state somewhere what the cleaning includes. Visible dirty towels were not changed for several days.

Great balcony and views over the beach and bay
Having 3 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite, good air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. Nice having the cleaner come daily. Useful having a washing machine. Is a really nice modern apartment.

Would have been helpful being given the correct exact apartment address and have 2 keys.
Apartment needs a proper bread toaster (not a sandwich toaster), more cutlery, sharp knives, crockery and saucepans, better fitted kitchen bin. The super kingsisee more

The super kingsize bed in main bedroom is great but needs sheets that actually fit ie bigger sheets. There was a drip of water regularly from the upstairs balcony onto ours. Would have been good if the balcony tables were clean when we arrived and were regularly cleaned as they do get dusty being outside. Generally a great venue. |
